Small vertical machining centers are among the most flexible centers for production purposes and all kinds of different parts are made on these machines. But operators frequently need to change fixtures, parts and setups, which are time-consuming jobs and times when the machine is not cutting, and therefore not generating income.
With the Makino PS105 a popular solution among manufacturers is to deploy a MIDACO pallet changer because it increases the manufacturers’ autonomy by having an additional pallet just beside the machine. The simplicity of the system makes it a bulletproof solution for reaching new levels of performance.

1 - Series 30A 1000 lb (454 kg) capacity (weight evenly distributed) Pneumatic Receiver with air blast.{optional 2000 lb (908 kg) capacity is also available}
2 - 40” x 19” x 1.5” (1016mm x 482.6mm x 38.1mm) End Load Cast Aluminum Pallets.
1 - Series 40 End Load Shuttle unit with Automatic Door and three-sided shuttle guarding via a light emitter, mirrors and sensors.
