About Our Automatic and Manual Pallet Changers

We’re excited to be back exhibiting at this year’s IMTS introducing new products to eliminate VMC spindle idle time so that you can get the most out of your new and existing machining centers.

Midaco Automatic 4-Pallet Changers

New products we will have on display at this year’s show include the Automatic Rotary 4-Pallet Changer, which offers four pallets up to 50” x 24” (X,Y) each on a single shuttle, with up to 2000 lb capacity per pallet on the largest model, so you can maximize productivity and set up hours of unattended machining. These pallet changer systems feature 2-sided guarding with light emitters, mirrors, and sensors ensuring the safety of your team and products. Two flip-up panel access stations enable convenient part loading without any overhead obstructions.

For automated fixture and vice clamping on our standard Automatic Pallet Changers, Midaco has developed the new Hydraulic Docking System. An ideal workholding solution for unattended robot and cobot applications, fixtures stay charged on the pallet and clamped while inside the VMC without needing hoses.
