Consider modifying your new or existing A30SD or A40SD series MIDACO Automatic Pallet Changer to accommodate the Universal Robots UR10 Arm for collaborative automation. Pairing your pallet changer with this feature will enable you to change parts on your pallets while you attend to other machines. (UR10 is not available though Midaco and must be purchased separately though an authorized Universal Robots dealer).

With a flexible reach of 51.2” (1300mm) the UR10 arm can easily access parts on a table or conveyor set up along-side of your MIDACO Automatic Pallet Changer and do the loading for you with precision and reliability. Programming is easy with intuitive 3D visualization; simply move the robot arm to desired waypoints on the pallet.
